ADDITIONAL SERVICES-

In addition to handling injury claims and workers’ compensation claims, I am also a certified mental health defense attorney for the Committee for Public Counsel Services (“CPCS”) in Massachusetts. This work involves representing indigent clients with mental disabilities who are facing civil commitment proceedings to mental health hospitals in Massachusetts. I also represent clients in guardianship matters and substituted judgement proceeds (Rogers anti-psychotic medication cases) for CPCS.

I am also a Complaint Investigator for the New Hampshire Bureau of Development Services and I conduct investigations into allegations of abuse, neglect and/or exploitation of individuals with developmental disabilities.
